Father's Day 2013

This is the fun Father's Day card I made this year.  It features retired DSP Parker's Patterns and retired Best Dad Ever stamp set.  I was so sad to see both of those items go.  I also used the Square Lattice Embossing Folder (#119976, p. 191), which is one of my favorite "go to" embossing folders.  It works especially well for masculine cards.  Please leave me a comment and let me know what you think.

Modern Mosaic Birthday

This Modern Mosaic birthday card was made for my cousin's birthday. I wanted something bright and cheery, but needed to be able to put it together quickly. Love that Modern Mosaic set!  Look closely at the left side to see the detail of the Mosaic Embossing Folder.  This card features a fun mix of colors:  Bermuda Bay, Coastal Cabana, Strawberry Slush, Summer Starfruit, Baked Brown Sugar, and a fun twist of retired Melon Mambo Scallop Dots Ribbon.
