Once again, I used the phrase Oh, What Fun! from a Christmas set in a non-Christmas card. I just love that phrase! I made a fun little envelope from the Envelope Liners Framelit with a clear Window Sheet front. I taped the sides together with Washi Tape and filled it with confetti punched out of Red, Silver, and Champagne Glimmer Paper. I colored the Silver Glimmer Paper with Bahama Breeze ink and a sponge dauber before punching out the shapes. (It did make my ink pad a bit glittery.)
